Nothing has revealed plans to release the Nothing Phone 3 in 2025, and now rumors suggest the company could launch even more handsets in the new year. Leaker Yogesh Brar indicates that Nothing is developing three new phones, all anticipated to arrive in the first half of 2025. This raises the question: what exactly are these new devices?
Nothing CEO Carl Pei confirmed the Nothing Phone 3’s 2025 release back in June, following the Nothing Phone 2’s launch in 2023. Pei hinted at a reinvented smartphone experience, centered around the “hub,” Nothing’s AI-powered home screen concept. This hub offers quick access to essential features like weather, social media, calendar, and messaging, supplemented by dynamic, context-aware widgets that could, for example, display boarding passes or concert tickets based on calendar entries.

Beyond the flagship Phone 3, a more affordable “Nothing Phone 3a” is also a possibility. Similar to the Nothing Phone 2a, this model might offer many of the same features as the premium version but with certain limitations to maintain a lower price point.
Speculation also points towards a third device, potentially a “Pro” variant. However, Brar disputes the “Pro” moniker, suggesting instead that this model may incorporate different internal components compared to the standard Phone 3. Whether these differences represent upgrades or downgrades remains to be seen.
Nothing has consistently impressed with its innovative smartphone designs. The Nothing Phone 2 earned a spot among the top Android phones, demonstrating the company’s commitment to pushing boundaries. While its age prevents it from competing with the latest flagships, the anticipation for what Nothing will unveil next remains high. We eagerly await the official announcements and the opportunity to experience these new phones firsthand.
