Satechi has launched a new suite of Qi2 wireless charging accessories at CES 2025. Leading the charge are the OntheGo power banks, available in 5,000mAh and 10,000mAh capacities. These power banks offer a glimpse into the future of mobile charging, capitalizing on the next-generation Qi2 standard.

These new power banks boast up to 15W output and incorporate an enhanced heat dissipation design. They’re natively compatible with MagSafe-equipped iPhones, but also work seamlessly with Qi2-enabled Android devices and those using magnetic cases. A standout feature is passthrough charging, allowing the power bank to power a device without simultaneously charging its own internal battery. This technology, similar to what’s found in the Red Magic 10 Pro, helps preserve the power bank’s battery lifespan. As Satechi explains, “Passthrough charging capability allows users to keep their devices powered while docked, ideal for long video calls or binge-watching sessions.”

Adding to their convenience, the OntheGo power banks feature an integrated kickstand. The magnetic ring connection allows for versatile phone positioning in both portrait and landscape orientations, offering 120 degrees of angular adjustment. The power banks are constructed with a durable aluminum frame and a scratch-resistant silicon charging surface.

Satechi also introduced the OntheGo wireless chargers, designed for those who regularly carry multiple devices. These portable chargers are incredibly compact and foldable, making them easy to slip into a pocket or bag.

Satechi highlights their adaptable design, stating they “support StandBy mode, Nightstand mode, and more, delivering versatility in any environment.”
