To unlock Witchcraft powers, follow the seasonal questline. This involves hunting the Headrotten enemies and retrieving their missing Heads from the Tree of Whispers. Returning these Heads earns you favor with the Coven, which can then be used to upgrade the Altars beneath the Tree. These upgraded Altars grant you access to the coveted Witchcraft powers.

Lost powers, however, are obtained through Forgotten Altars. These elusive altars are scattered throughout random dungeons in Sanctuary, requiring exploration and a bit of luck to discover.
