My cable management journey began with my first PC build. The included plastic ties required trimming, and while bundling was satisfying, these ties were stiff, difficult for larger bundles, and permanently fixed once cut.

Now, these ties are everywhere. Under my desk, they wrangle monitor, speaker, ethernet, USB, and power cables into neat bundles. In the living room, A/V cables stay organized and off the floor. Even the dining room and bedroom benefit, with smart speaker and charger cables neatly tamed.
My cable tie obsession might be bordering on excessive, hence the anxiety over dwindling stock. Thankfully, they’re affordable. My go-to brand, Nettbe, offers a 60-pack for $7. Alternatively, official Velcro brand ties are available, albeit at a higher price point.
