The Honor 300 series has arrived, showcasing Honor’s knack for creating eye-catching smartphones. With a unique camera module, diverse rear panel designs, and a vibrant color palette, the Honor 300, 300 Pro, and 300 Ultra immediately grab attention. Add to that the impressive slimness of the Honor 300, and you have a series poised to make a statement. While currently available in China, Honor has a history of releasing its numbered series globally, so an international launch could be on the horizon.
The Honor 300 stands out with its remarkably thin 6.97mm profile, noticeably thinner than competitors like the Samsung Galaxy S24 (7.6mm) and the Apple iPhone 16 (7.8mm). This slim design makes it exceptionally comfortable to hold. While not the thinnest phone ever created, it’s a refreshing change in a market dominated by thicker devices.

The Honor 300 Pro and 300 Ultra, while slightly thicker and heavier at 8.2mm and 199 grams, share the same distinctive curved camera module. This design element, eschewing traditional straight lines, becomes the focal point, complemented by varying textures and colors on the rear panels. The Honor 300 Ultra features a textured leather back, while the Honor 300 and 300 Pro offer sleek glass backs in attractive purple and green hues.
Each model in the Honor 300 series boasts unique specifications. The Honor 300 features a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, a substantial 5,300mAh battery with 100-watt fast charging, and a dual-camera setup comprising a 50MP main camera and a 12MP wide-angle lens.
Both the Honor 300 Pro and 300 Ultra sport a larger 6.78-inch AMOLED screen and the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. They also share the same 5,300mAh battery and IP65 dust and water resistance rating as the Honor 300. The primary camera setup appears consistent across the series, with a 50MP main camera and a 12MP wide-angle lens. However, the Pro model adds a 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical and 50x digital zoom, while the Ultra boasts a 50MP periscope zoom camera offering 3.8x optical and 100x digital zoom capabilities.
The Honor 300 series is currently available for purchase in China, with prices starting around $470. While an international release date remains unconfirmed, Honor’s past releases suggest a global launch may be imminent. The Honor 300 series offers a compelling combination of striking design, powerful performance, and advanced camera features.
