Detailed Medicine Bottle Locations
Bottle 1: Borgia Tower Key
After completing “A Nun in Trouble,” use Guiliana’s Key to unlock the door in the Borgia Tower, accessible via a whip swing across a gap. The bottle sits on a box inside.
Bottle 2: Sewer Key Reward
During “The Mad Priest,” the Sewer Key grants access to the area beneath the Tower of Nicholas V. After the locked gate, climb and swing across the upper section to a ledge with stairs leading up into the palace. The bottle lies at the bottom of these stairs.
Bottle 3: Behind the Post Office
Locate this bottle easily on a wooden bench behind the Post Office building.
Bottle 4: Alleyway Near Post Office
From the Belvedere Courtyard, head towards the Post Office. Turn right into the small alleyway; the bottle rests on a table beside closed doors at the alley’s end.

Infiltrate the Blackshirt Barracks (stealth or disguise recommended). On the upper floor, the bottle is in a room adjacent to the staircase from the first floor.

On the south side of the Tower of Nicholas V, ascend the staircase to Passetto di Borgo. Follow it to Castel Sant’Angelo and climb another set of stairs to a dead end; the bottle awaits.
