Fletcher Kane’s mining operation is a lucrative target for those looking to score big. Brace yourself for heavy competition both above and below ground.

Fletcher Kane’s heavily guarded mansion hideout presents a challenging but rewarding target for daring players.
Confront New Bosses and Collect Medallions
Fletcher Kane, the Island’s mob boss, lurks around every corner, ready to thwart your heists. Defeat him to claim the Mythic Fletcher Kane’s Double Down Pistol and the Unstoppable Medallion, which boosts sprint speed and allows for bashing enemies while sprinting. Remember, Medallions reveal your location on the mini-map. Defeating Shogun X now rewards the Super Shield Medallion, deploying a Shield Bubble Jr. when using healing items.
New Currency and Black Market Opportunities
Swimming in gold-infused water grants the Gold Rush effect, increasing speed, pickaxe swing speed, and pickaxe damage against structures. Mining Gold Veins also yields Bars. Big Dill’s Dill Bits, found in vaults, offer even greater value than Bars, but they don’t carry over between matches. Spend them wisely at Black Markets for Mythic and Legendary items and helpful Boons.
Heist on Wheels: Armored Transports and Trains
Fletcher Kane’s Armored Transports carry valuable loot across the map. Hijacking one offers a significant advantage, but be prepared to fight off his henchmen. The Armored Train presents the most lucrative heist, but it’s also the most dangerous. Disable the turrets, breach the vault car with Thermite, and claim your reward.
New Boons for an Extra Edge
New Boons, persisting through eliminations within a match, offer unique advantages. Find them in Black Markets or Rare Chests. These include the Vulture Boon (reveals enemy elimination locations), Gold Rush Boon (chests grant Gold Rush), Adrenaline Rush Boon (Slap effect on mantling, hurdling, and wall jumping), Gold Ammo Boon (gain ammo from Bars), and Greed Boon (extra Bars from eliminations and containers).
Expanded Arsenal and Utility Items
Thermite is crucial for cracking vaults, while the Plasma Burst Laser and Rocket Drill (coming in v34.10) can expedite the process. The Collateral Damage Assault Rifle and Falcon Eye Sniper Rifle offer precision and power. V34.10 introduces the Pump & Dump (dual-wield Pump Shotgun and SMG) and the Outlaw Shotgun. The Lawless Battle Pass offers a range of new Outfits and accessories. Unlock rewards by earning XP. Premium rewards include Outfits for Cassidy Quinn, Joss, Fletcher Kane, Valentina, Big Dill, Keisha Cross, and Sub-Zero (MK3). Outlaw Midas is unlockable through Battle Pass Quests in March. Complete COWBOY BEBOP Quests starting March 1st for XP and unlock the COWBOY BEBOP Wrap and BEBOP Legends Loading Screen. Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine Outfits will be available in the Fortnite Shop starting February 28th.
