Returning to the courtyard’s main fountain, head east through the doors into the gardens. Follow the path south down the alley until you find a ladder on some scaffolding to your left. Climb the ladder and then use your whip to reach a pipe that allows you to access the roof. The fountain with the third inscription is directly in front of you.
Inscription 4: The Hidden Garden Fountain
From the starting courtyard, go west and take the first left through an iron gate into another garden area. Run to the far end of this garden. The fountain containing the final inscription is tucked away in the back-right corner.
