Locating Lightsabers Across the Galaxy

The simplest way to acquire a Lightsaber is by training with hologram NPCs like Rey, Emperor Palpatine, Mace Windu, or Darth Maul. After the initial storm circle closes, these holograms will materialize at specific locations marked by lightsaber icons on the map: blue for Rey, red for Palpatine and Maul, and purple for Windu.
Interacting with these holograms triggers a cinematic sequence, transporting you to a rift. You’ll emerge wielding a lightsaber and a unique Force ability. Rey typically appears near the Resistance Base or Rebel Outpost, while Palpatine is often found lurking around the First Order Base.
Dueling with Darth Vader
You can also confront Darth Vader at Vader’s Samurai Solitude, a frigid location in the map’s southwestern corner. Defeating Vader and his elite samurai guards allows you to interact with him. This leads to an intense rift sequence, rewarding you with his iconic lightsaber and a powerful Force ability.
Alternatively, you can acquire lightsabers from eliminated enemies. However, this method doesn’t grant you the associated Force abilities, limiting their overall effectiveness.
Mastering Lightsaber Combat and Force Abilities

Lightsabers are legendary melee weapons, dealing 40 damage per swing. You can execute a two-swing combo (40 damage each), a three-spin attack (20 damage each), and a devastating slam attack (150 damage). They also block blaster fire, increase sprint speed, and enable Force Jumps, granting a double jump without fall damage.
