The most exciting addition for many players, however, isn’t the raid or the improved gear. Gleaming Depths finally introduces pets to Fallout 76. Players can now choose between a loyal German Shepherd and a sleek Bombay cat to keep them company at their C.A.M.P. while exploring the wasteland.
The recent Fallout Day broadcast showcased these features, along with a sneak peek at a future update planned for March 2025, which will allow players to transform into ghouls. While the ghoul transformation is still some time away, the broadcast offered a tantalizing glimpse of what’s to come.
