While the RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise has seen numerous iterations, particularly on mobile platforms like iOS, RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic holds a special place for fans. Developed in collaboration with Chris Sawyer, the Classic edition was initially released for iOS and Android in 2016, followed by a Steam release in 2017. The Nintendo Switch already boasts other RollerCoaster Tycoon titles, including RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition and RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe. However, this marks the debut of the original, influential RollerCoaster Tycoon games on the Switch, coinciding perfectly with the 25th anniversary of the first game’s release. The official launch date is set for December 5th.

Bringing Classic Gameplay to a New Generation

You can preorder now on the eShop for $25 or wait for the game’s release on December 5th.
