A recent memo from the SpaceX-led town details a new Starbase Texas zoning ordinance and an updated citywide map, changes that could fundamentally alter how property owners can use their land and homes.

This hearing is crucial, as the memo starkly warned in all capital letters, it “WILL DETERMINE WHETHER YOU MAY LOSE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE USING YOUR PROPERTY FOR ITS CURRENT USE.”
