Parenteau’s program incorporates her own training techniques, including upper and lower body workouts and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to improve stamina and gameplay.
For yoga enthusiasts, Apple Fitness+ now offers Yoga Peak Poses sessions focused on mastering challenging poses like Dancer, Twisted Hand to Toe, and Crow.
