While no official announcement has been made, preliminary reports and leaks offer glimpses into its potential design, features, and performance enhancements. The Google Pixel 10 is rumored to feature several hardware upgrades compared to the Pixel 9. One significant enhancement is the anticipated integration of the Tensor G5 processor. This new chip is expected to rival the iPhone’s performance, a notable step up from the Tensor G4. The Tensor G5 reportedly utilizes an octa-core architecture: one Arm Cortex-X4 core for demanding tasks, two Cortex-A520 cores for lighter operations, and five Cortex-A725 cores for medium-intensity processes.
Visually, the Pixel 10 is projected to sport a 6.3-inch OLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The chassis and matte glass back are expected to remain largely consistent with its predecessor, potentially incorporating Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
