The rumor mill is churning with leaks about Motorola’s upcoming clamshell foldable, the Razr 60 (potentially Razr 2026 in the US). Recent leaks offer a glimpse at the design, hardware, and some puzzling choices regarding upgrades and downgrades. Let’s dive into the details.
According to XpertPick, the Razr 60 will be available in three stylish color options, each featuring a unique texture on the back panel. These include a Pantone Gibraltar Sea with a rugged nylon-inspired finish and a Pantone Lightest Sky with a sleek acetate finish.
Enhanced Durability, Smaller Display
While the Razr 60 largely retains the design language of its predecessor, the Razr 50, it boasts a significant improvement in durability. Upgrading from IPX8, the Razr 60 is rumored to have an IP48 rating, offering both dust and water resistance.

Interestingly, the inner foldable display appears to have shrunk slightly. The Razr 60 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch pOLED HDR10+ display, compared to the 6.9-inch screen on the Razr 50.
However, the smaller display reportedly comes with a handy upgrade: “wet touch functionality.” This allows users to interact with the screen even when it’s wet, a feature also found in the OnePlus 13.
Performance Boost, Storage Upgrade
Under the hood, the Razr 60 receives a performance and storage boost. It’s tipped to pack 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, a significant jump from the Razr 50’s 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Powering the device is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400X chipset, while the battery capacity reportedly remains at 4,200mAh.
A Puzzling Charging Downgrade

One peculiar downgrade, according to the leak, is the wired charging speed. The Razr 60 is said to support 30W charging, a slight decrease from the 33W offered by the Razr 50. The camera setup reportedly includes a 50-megapixel primary rear camera, an ultrawide lens, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
Razr 60 Plus: A Glimpse at the Premium Variant
Leaks have also hinted at a more powerful Razr 60 Plus variant. Maintaining a similar design aesthetic, the Plus model adds a dedicated multifunctional button on the side. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and has already been spotted in several regulatory databases, suggesting an imminent launch.
Price and Availability
Motorola has yet to officially announce the Razr 60 or its Plus variant, and pricing details remain undisclosed. However, with the increasing frequency of leaks and regulatory sightings, it seems likely that an official launch is just around the corner.
